should be something like one account registered per hour, but then it could clearly fuck up someone who actually wants to join,

or have it so you register for the account then admin have to approve.

with the admin aproove..ray would prolly have to get someone who plays MC to do that for him,because he wont be able to get on every day to go through and check for multis and accept the good looking accounts.
