For some reason I cant seem to PM anyone ingame, its constantly telling me that their inbox is full even when I know the person has cleared their inbox

I couldn't send messages either.

It hasn't been fixed. I tried sending to R_Y_A_N a message and it showed me: "Message could not be send. The users mailbox is full."

Try now.
