I was wanting to add parts that you get when you hit level 5. But it isn't allowing me to select them

Your mod level isn't hight enough to buy it. You can see your current mod level for each category on your home page.

So even though I have enough level wise to get it. So all that racing and I still only have mod level 1. That doesn't make sense.  Do you only get it from racing online?

If you follow the other thread, there was a bug in the mod levels that was fixed last night. Experience for mod levels wasn't accumulating. It has been fixed.
