That can be discussed.

I just think for those who would like to work for the crew should be able to do at least 25%.

I've upped it to 25%

couldn't do anything between 10 and 25% but 0% still worked fine

Are you reading the same thing I am? At the very end of the sentence, it tells you how much money you made for your crew.
