Insurance has been re-enabled. Insurance payouts are not payed out until midnight of each day.

and also if yous can bring back the chat because having to send a mail to some one just "sucks" I don't know if yous was or not but just saying my opinion on it and also the 300k supra is now for members only idk if its only for beta or what but me NON member would like to be able to buy the car thanks, for keeping up the good work

Thanks for your suggestions. Until the maturity level of the chat can be monitored, it will not be re-enabled.
