I just raced at 100% reliability and broke down. fix the [censored] system this is bullshit how do you break down with a 0 percent chance of it happening
IT's %100 until u raced it as soon as u start your car to run it it is less than %100 reliable, it is possible for a new car to breakdown the first time it is ran.
thats bumb it should be changed. iff someone wanted to tune after every race and have a 1.0 win ratio it should be possible
that still probably wouldn't be possible unless they were online racing 24/7 for the whole session b/c someone could just race them offline and screw up their 1.0 ratio...
or they could sell the car when they log off...im just saying, theoreticaly, you shouldnt beakdown at 100%
