Cuz' I can never seem to steal anything. Is there an ideal combination of credit combinations or something? Stealing almost seems impossible to me.

it really is that easy. you don't even need a high lvl. (not being sarcastic).

thats true u dont need a hi lvl...u can make top 25 lvl 1 if u can hi

how many credits should you use per attempt?

i dunno...like 150-200...thats what i use...
