most likely boost. HI is a gradual increas in theft, starting at 4k. so i doubt that was it. boost, remember some guy got fined like over 5mil for getting caught once?

i got fined for like 21 mil with 1000 caugths but i did it on a cj on purpose.

it was even more likely that he tried to CJ someone, cuz the boosting fines aren't that bad, but the CJ fines can be a b1tch. ask monte or midnite rider about it, they know more than i do.lol. Cool
