i think ppl just look from someone who is prowling cuz i have gotten some hate mail before from ppl saying that they want there money back but i never hit them but i was in prowling status

I look at how much I got HI'd for and look in that range and find someone who is prowling. Its that easy.

when i get hi'ed i go and look at who is online and i check to see who else prowling and most of the time that is the person who hit me

stealing is fun but i am having no luck with hi'ing people, alot of the top hi'er say use 69/169 i have had no luck with that so i might try boosting cars
