Agreed... if you did this, you then have to create a new stats heading for "Most Times You Killed Yourself" cause a rookie driver behind the wheel of a high-level car is a formula for disaster.

Now if you could make it so you couldn't use the car unless you had the needed skill level for the car and all the upgrade levels, then that might ok, but that would take some real work on the part of the folks at Corrupt.
