here let me put it in another way
these games = their job and people who go to jobs like to get paid
in order for them to get paid they should have incentives and give bonus things to members to make it worth their money.
its basic economics i can elaborate more but you seem to be not getting it as is and think they are greedy for wanting to make a profit.
