I go to challenge CrystalRyder(race name Fresh_Accepts) and I get this:

I thought the 0 pr thing was no longer in place. :confused:

If you tune each RPM stage to 20 one at a time, you can still accomplish the 0pr. Bunch of cheating scaredy cats who don't want to play the game right if you ask me.
