you should be able to level down as well as up....

it'd b nice, so u can go down and help a few ppl who will actually stick with u and race u.
and since u'd b at 100% 2 the next lvl as u lvl down, u won't gain much, but the other guy ur racin will and once u get him up 2 ur max lvl then u can start all over, YAY!
