Last session was my 1st as crew leader usually im just another cms gathering crew bitch...let me tell you how hard it is to keep players in the crew that do not lose cms i had to work double time to make up what people lost and boot the dudes i thought and heard where losing them but all in all i think are crew did ok if you only knew what went on with the whole building process with this crew you would understand...

maybe ur jsut ntoa good leader? bad selection fo players bad move in the game etc.
i built silence from scratch n they wer excellent team, i started sesh 6 months ago no medals ribbons jsut added randoms sorted out pplz as we went thru etcetc until got a good crew.
takes time, ur a good racer keep it up itl get there or jsut fuk it n join good crews

thats kinda the fun of it though is finding a bunch of guys and just jelling it see i know i can get the right people in my crew its just a matter of filling the holes that i dont know about the people in the crew thats been the tricky part me and the helpdoctor been rollin together for the last year or so i use to be in with sexy red night moves was the bomb crew a while back cause it was all communiction in the crew...but the fun of the 1st round was tryin to find the right guys makes this round lil more interesting cause i did really start to grasp the whole crew thing

I thought i recognized ya nemesis... Ive been in a crew with ya a few times because of Jamie (sexy_red). Keep working on the crew soon you will get a good group of guys and will be able to keep up with most crews.
