This seems to still be a prblm with some users.
Mods should talk to ray about getting it fixed again if it hasnt already been fixed ..

Yeah the F*&king AP does buy fuel, but it isn't working for my account either. Piss me off, I went from a 88% ratio to a 60% win/lose in one day. what gives???

same hear, I'll put people on my ban list and they continue to race me, My ap does not buy me fuel, and when this one guy races me he takes 3ooo away from my fuel. what gives, no matter if i win or lose he still gets 3000 from my fuel. When i go to challenge him it says he is not on-line.

ap ban list has not worked for as long as i know....

ithe more u upgrade pnp, nos, and boost the more fuel you will use and it doenst make ur run any faster...

alright then, how about when I race someone for experience and I have raced him 10 times in a row i don't get any experience. What gives. I also call shenanigans on the fuel thing. It only happens when i race certain people not every time i race. I think he is a cheater. some type of code thing or loop hole.
His screen name is JDMstyle. This is my opinion, of course.

EXP is based on racing someone a really high level and high NW when your a low level and low NW. It is also based on racing someone the same level as you when one of you are a high NW and one of you are a low NW. These are the two best ways to get EXP. If you get to 100% and do not have the money to level you will basically get no EXP because that is the way that the game is setup. I hope that this helps you.
