I think it is commendable for the top crew to break up and rebuild from fresh. Everybody is given the same chance. If not then the same crews would be winning, wait the same crews do win. The difference would be bigger though. What are you wanting danny, I mean you want credits. What. I think Top Crew should be what it is. ICON status.

he's referring to the fact that the top crew gets an automatic 10% SR at the start of the next period... but its pretty useless because 99% of the time the top crew breaks up and reforms under a new leader, like he said, so that more than one person can get the icon...
im guessing he was looking for some alternative to this, because its essentially a waste of SR since when you start a crew your SR starts @ 5
