seems the only time is when some1 is cruising and ive tried like almost every combo seems like its impossible and yet so many has successfully boost... i just hate it that the only time we can try to steal a car is when they are cruising.. just wondering if any1 could help me out.

1st up .. boosting is alot harder then Home Invading.
2nd You can boost in stats like working and at home aswell. i think you are trying to boost out of your networth range which is why you only have the option to boost wen people are cruzing.
3rd ..there are many "combos" you can use bro, some say that the more attemps you have the easyer it is to boost.ive seen this work and ive also seen people like midori this round who has jack all attmps and still boosting like its peanuts to him.just try simple numbers like i duno 5/169 5/147 ... i dont belive combs are the main key to boosting.yes the right ones and the right stat and networth do work.but thats something you have to find out how it works for youself dude.

go for someone just a little over twice your nw at work is easiest at homes not too hard and no alarm 5/155 or 5/149 or 5/157

also there alarm factors into how easy/hard it is. To figure out the alarm use 5/0 and if you get caught alot then they have a higher alarm. If you dont get caught then you are safe to say they have an alarm under level 5

look at peoples car, if it says it has an after market alarm go to the next person till it doesnt say anything about an alarm then you have a better chance
