Well man, word of advice, recruiting through forums has slowed down alot over the past year..
The best way to be recruited into a crew now, is to start the session off amazing. Start off racing hard, winning ratio, don't have a ratio less than .90 and crews will look at you more. Level up fast..
If you can do all that successfully, im pretty sure you'll find yourself a good crew..

wasnt really asking to be in top crew just saying to the leaders of top crews in the past who are doing crews again that im going to be racing and working hard and lvling up as much as possible and as quick as possible
