Top crew payout - Tokkiez - 07-18-2011

As from previous revisions if you were in the last top crew you got a bonus starting cash for the next season.

Why not bring this back? I mean ive lead a lot of top crews or have been in a lot of top crews and from what ive noticed over the years.

People tend to slack or give up because they arent leading a top crew. Why not give them an incentive such as if you win in a top crew for next season you get bonus cash, energy and creds.

Give them more of a motivation to actually play consistently and not just lurk around.
