I think that the exp should eather be like it was with the networth gap OR have that person get crappy exp if they keep racing when they arnt leveling when they should.

The exp gap idea would help because it would give those people that want IDE a reason to actually level up and get their networth up.

me personally ive tried to get higher NW to gain more exp. but seems as though the lower guys are gettting more. thats not how it should be
