A simple idea,if someone tries to HI you,and they get caught,they get fined so much..shouldn't you get the money from the fine? As your the one pressing charges so your the one who should be getting given the cash??? Pretty simple tbh...Thoughts..

if some1 attempts 2 steal frm u and gets caught then no u shudnt, coz they didnt steal off you so ow you nothing.. itd be the court system that gets the money when they prosicute.
