Only has an effect for ide. and others that are racing theze people with bugs.
People know about it, and should be fixed.

There is no way you can run a ferrari at 5.5 without using the bug. consulate was fairly the winner of all 3 ides, and should be awarded those medals.
Thanks, just because its not fair for people wanting the flags and someone runs quicker then the person with highest level

its simple,dont put a certain part on the f1...theres one part,that for some reason slows the car down,its pretty simple,have all parts on..take off and put back on 1 by 1..process of elimination.

Some people know it, maybey its not a bug, but people can run alot faster then what i can at level 30.
just like last round, Vaughn- Consulate was over level 32. homiepa would have been about 26 and ran a 5.5 compared to a 5.7
