i think you should change the lvl to send packs to someone...becaue only like 3-4 people race to lvl 10 plus

i disagree the level 10 requirement was put for a reason. People were massing multis and cheating with it.

yes but people would leave crews not full. Then get multis to level 5 before. Invite send all packs to the player. Then kick the multi. So on and So on.
Level 10 needs to stay. If you ask me id rise it to level 15.
