i was around 552mil. at one time. and in one day without me doing any work at all and from losing offline races. i got from lvl 19 to 20. and the only ppl i race is the top ppl. i have dont about 30% of those races myself.

This is to justify that what fallout did is indeed possible and that he wasn't lying. It just takes a little bit of logic. This wasn't T'nTuned properly though, I ran out of credits. Like what he said, race him online if you don't believe. I bet his NW is way below the value of your 1900+ PR car.
