Getting top driver takes no where near the effort of IDE..Maybe make IDE people get better prize credits..
Like look at rom3o, he worked his ass off and won all the street shootouts and can only get up to 24,000 credits if I am right..BUT, somebody who won top driver by getting lucky and not getting HI'd can get up to like $300 in prize credits..Doesnt make sense..address this to Raymond?

Import, Domestic and European Car Shootouts will Receive - IDE Medals and 4000 Credits Each for the Next Round = 12k
Top Street Tuner, Top American Muscle, Top Street Classics - Medals and 4000 Credits for the Next Round for each catagory. = 12k
Top Sport Truck and Top Luxury Tuner - Medals and 8000 Credits Each for the Next Round = 16k
Top Street Exotic - Medal and 12000 Credits for the Next Round! =12k
but there is always small print..so im not sure whats gonna happen credit wise for him
(Please Note: We will maximize the Prize credits to 3 catagories or 12000 credits, whichever comes first. If you happen to win ALL the Shoutouts in 1 round you are eligible for 65K credits the next round! If you win top Street Exotic your credit max becomes doubled!)
