Does he have any medals?? I can't remember. If he does, then I believe the answer is no, he cannot go for IDE 1-20

ya...otherwise i would be eligible...cuz he beat me on IDE...even though i didnt want to try anymore...my cars could go faster jus didnt want to waste credits spamming...hahaha
