Rule Ideas:
- No spending what so ever. Skill test "This is Most Important"
- No changing members during the session, once a member stays a member
- All member must spend at least 6 months in the country a year to play
- No helper crews. Don't get you pals/gals to rape other teams
Anything anyone else can think of?? Or revise?

My bad, didn't see it down there Rick. LOL!! I know what your saying about spending, but it's the only true way to see what Country has the better skilled players. Not the wealthiest!
