if that really went down then hawaii would def lose...hawaii is the smallest man...and the least amount of players...but it would be fun...

i dunno...we got some pretty talented racers here in hawaii...theres alot of better racers but theyre not all from the same place...there might be 1 really good person per area...but that doesnt match 4or 5 good people from one place...i dunno...it would really be interesting
