To me that looks like 2nd - 10th place gets a subsciption to Performance Auto and Sound Magazine? Is this true? It may have already been answered but I was just curious.

and i did send a support ticket asking about the form

i would hope a simple magazine subscription would not require a shipping fee as theyre not really doing anything...
