well i need some good words for my resume and i guess employer look for certain words wuold any of you guys no what any of these would be?

i no not to put that but i mean the words i use like

One recommendation I have is to make it personal for each job. Don't make one resumé and send it out to a bunch of jobs. I'd have a base resume and then add or delete a few things to make it specific for each job you're applying for. It'll make the employer think that a job in this field is what you're looking for.
