Jackie Chan was pretty raw back in the day.
As of today Jet Li would probably win.
But not against Jackie in his prime.

I would second that opinion Dagger. Both are really good in their prime, so I think it'd end up being a tie. They have excellent various forms of martial arts, one of which I totally digg - Tai Qi Chuan / Tai Chi boxing. But anyways, as of a match-up right now...I'm not really sure, as they both have aged considerably, but I think I'd give it to Jet Li.
