i actually use #s from the mc bible
12k credits = $25 , 9k credits = $20 , being a noobie and being top 10 in HIs = $$$PRICELESS

That is where you're going wrong...
Save yourself a few bucks and use 66/133 or 75/43. I have had success with those at any Level..
