After stealing a vehicle you can press the 'back' button, and then do more attempts. You can get caught or failed. But why should you be able to do attempts to steal if the person has no vehicle?

It's about the same as trying to steal a car by spamming it with the enter button, and then finding out you have stolen it 3 times (1x the car 2x a car with the falue 0$)
