how is it going to be faster cars? more upgrades? or changed it 1 sec faster? like, a stock civic instead of runnin 18 it runs 17s :crazy:

Great changes... One question though. If you steal a level 17 guy or girls car and your level 1 can you still race it?

great changes, one query though, a week or two ago there was a post about chnging the racing so their was no money or a cap on it, did this idea go ahead? and it was also said that this would not be a round where the winner is decided in the first round. what rule will enforce this lol
