I was just stating a fact. Had nothing to do with the actual game...since I don't understand how the experience thing is working right now...
And...actually I was around when you could be level 1...race the guy with the highest NW once and end up getting tons of experience...
I played during 2003...and stopped for a while. I was actually a gold member for a time...
