Ummm I would say im close. Level 20 #2 on drivers list. highest level 20 player...so do it race me offline. My tires are about bald, and my fuel goes fast. lots of wins to be given if its timed right.

I get shitty exp now off most people (lvl 17 @ $297mil), but Cubby is my #1. He gave me about 2k offline last I checked when I was lvl 16. On day 1 he gave me 4.5k on my first race of this session which put me to about lvl 5 if I remember.
I raced you earlier modogg but didn't check what I got, it's slow going now though

the EXP changes. ONe time I give 30K for a win offline, the other time I give 1K for a win offline.
BTW I am now level 21...same level as cubby.
