Are we making any progress on the purchase of credits issue?

I just wanted to check and see if there was any updates available on the purchase of credits issues. It has no been more than 48 hours since I posted my original PayPal transaction ID and asked for it to be fixed and I have not gotten so much as a simple, "we are working on it" reply to any of my posts, emails or PM's.

I also submitted an email 24 hours ago about the additional failure of credits bought through IPay and no response to that issue either.

Can I please get an update or a refund of the purchases so that I can feel like someone is at least paying attention to the issue?

I would suggest you guys stop buying and expecting it to work instantly until the admins have taken a look at it with paypal/ipay etc. They are aware of the problems and working on it.

I haven't bought anything else since the Ipay $5.00 early yesterday, but that doesn't mean I don't want the credits I already paid for... I'm sure everyone else who bought a membership and hasn't seen it yet feels the same way too..

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to stir anything up, I just would like an answer as to what is going on...

We've been asked to use PM or email instead of forums, but I have done so and still not heard anything back... this is becoming very frustrating and if I am out of line in asking for an update, I apologize.

I had to wait a week and a half and I have Ray on my MSN. The man is busy... very busy lol. Trust me you get the credits. :wink:

sure we will jason, so ur saying its taking this long to fix the problem

man i have never bashed ray or the admin but when it comes to money or customer service , they arent the best and far from it
