I sent in a support ticket regarding not receiving the membership bought like a week ago, no response what so ever...than i sent in another regarding this again, yet no response...this can only mean that the support ticket isn't working or the person in charge of reading all the support ticket are busy counting their money and don't care about their customer...

That is not a bug. I have locked this thread due to the invalid comments made here. Relax, the game makers also have a life
