Who do I contact if I have questions about MidniteChallenge.Com and Corrupt Interactive Inc?
At any point in any given game period you will have every opportunity to contact us. The easiest way is to contact us with our email address: support@corruptinteractive.com
Alternatively, if your questions are game related, you may want to send in a Support Ticket by choosing the link in the left menu bar. This method allows you to get instant Game Support which includes billing and game information!

Support Ticket Do's and Dont's
1.)Please DO make sure the ticket is COMPLETE. This is very important because we get ALOT of emails. If your Support Ticket is not complete and we have to reply to you for more information you get bumped to the back of the lineup.
2.)If we do reply to you, please DO NOT send us a new email and delete what was said previously. When this happens, it is useless to us and your ticket WILL NOT get answered. Not that we wont answer it, but we will have not info to help you out with.
3.)Please DO NOT send more than 1 Ticket per event. Even if you sent a Ticket 4 days ago with no answer, DO NOT send another. We do the tickets in order and if I get more than 1 we have no idea what has been done or not and we disregard that Ticket. Not to mention, it fills our mailbox and we cannot get to other tickets in time.
4.)Please DO NOT send an EMAIL to us personally. Most of the time I cannot help you because you send me a personal email with NO information. I have had people send me emails complaining for 20 lines without a username or even the game they play.
5.)Please Do BE PATIENT, we do all Tickets in Order and we do look at all of them. We do not differentiate from paying members or non-paying members.
