Make it so u can't dump nw at all anymore no more selling cals
only problem with that is what happends when all the hitters are at the top and cant hit anyone
they can hit eachother and any poor guy who happens to stumble into there range
this idea is stupid cuz there is always a way to dump cash
if they remove the selling of cals then just "recruite"
