Is it still in effect.. i remember a good while ago it was put into play.. ie for slow people.. if i have a 500hp mustang.. and Mecca has a 400 hp rsx.. his car being smaller, ligher, he should beat me.. ?? just wondering if this is being used.. and or could possibly b added.. lol diddnt mean 2 use u Mecca lol.. dont get mad..
