I think there should be some type of notification that goes out to your crew when a new message is posted in your crew chat, so then you can almost insure that everybody is reading it

i second this because you need everyone to read the chat,a nd they usually dont

I see your point there, but also part of being in a crew, they should know to check crew chat every day, or either post in there, I dont check crew chat so send me a personal PM

but alot of ppl wont check pms either lol especially higher nw

even us higher NW people check our PMs... ._. lol :x
