its far to easy to HI when i use to play years back.. it was rare and few and far between when tring to match times and combos it took more skill.. now ne boner can come online and hit 5/0 and put a killing on someone... multi's blow cock if you cant do it on one passport wait regenerate or spend the cash.. thats weak shit..
it isnt that they cant do it on one account it is the fact that the top crews do not want to spend their credits on HI so they have multi's to do it so they keep their credits on their own accounts. if you watch carefully you can tell exactly who has the multi's
yes jess that is rite...people from top crews save credits to race and work...and to hold the top spot they jump on multies and hit the other crew down...then they hold the top spot and gain more exp...simple as that..its jus annoying when u get hit from a multi and then u work and they jump on another and u jump they have another etc...

Last game period, we implemented the "networth range" rule where you could only HI someone less than 4x your networth and greater than 1/2 of your NW.
This stopped the multi problem, but guess what? Everyone wanted it removed.
So now we remove that rule, and what happens? Everyone complains again.

alrite so nate came up with a good plan...he says that we should restrict the non members...basically put a cap on non members...so if ur a non member, then u can only HI like 4x or 1/2 ur NW...but if ur a member then u can HI anyone...this way anyone going for top HI or racin can HI...also a lot of these multies are non members...and i dont think these people using them are going to pay $5-$6 per multi in order for them just to HI...this means we do not need to multi sweep and it will keep the multies down...especially the ones that are made that day and so forth
