Idea: lower cruising amount to 5 credits.

Reason: to promote more im's into the game and there for make any possible multiple accounts less lucrative for import swapping.

Yeah, but currently the IM getting off other players is not working. For me at least, when I race people to get more IM's, I'm not getting any.

Also, none are being lost during works, even really poor works, although I'm quite enjoying that.
