i think this should be removed. it woul make it easier on sleepers and its not liek you can tell how much power a car has by looking at it so it is unrealistic
he has a point... but i disagree with it because its there so there is some sort of regulations... i mean it only evens out the playing field... making it more fun for everyone...

rhs has it right...and yea it might make some things more difficult but it would be fun to have a completely stock looking bucket beat a souped up gt2 without the porsche driver having a clue

Umm..I think you are pretty close, but I thought it was like this:
Green = 100 Below - 100 Above
Red = 101+ Below - 101+ Above
But back when it first started I thought it was:
Green = You have a good Chance of Winning
Red = No Chance of Winning..
I may be wrong though.
