2) Describe the bug in detail: Purchased 15,000 credits through CCBill ($25.00) and got billed without receiving credits. Here is a copy of the confirmation:

I sent an e-mail to CCBill and this is what I received back:


Dear Customer,
Unfortunately CCBill is not in charge of the token database for this
site. You would have to contact the support for the site in order to get
your access issue fixed.

I stronly suggest you send in a support ticket. This is not the right place for it. These matters are usually resolved in a few hours if you send in a support ticket.

I have forwarded on the same issue and informed raymond that it has been an on going thing and he emailed me back saying he was going to be looking into it.
