ive tried what i do for 0 power rating on about 15 cars,worked on all of them so far.

lol silly nate ... it works on all cars ... you can de-tune them to crappy that thy will run atlest 0 pwr

well Cres,im not too sure tbh lol..i hit someone,and instead of saying the actual hit,it just said like loads of cash and calis and the max fuel and nos..but in my history it showed the actual hit lol :X
