So I just hit level 5, where I can start putting more parts in my car. Added about 150hp, with some weight reduction, and my car still isn't running any faster, and times are super inconsistent still. Ranging from 15-19 seconds.

Also, when you get weight reduction, it doesn't update the weight in the car's stats
