honestly they changed the game enough now that you just have to race... a lot. Pick an NIRA that is still relatively low in points and enter every one that you can.
I might be able to give you hints on the cars, other than that... the game is very different now lol.
Hit me up in game I'll throw you whatever tips I do have though.
