The only time i decline is if i'm dynoing or TnTing, wich i'm done with for now.
i couldn't get any races... that's why i decided to just catch offline spam again. but yes, if you send me a race online i'll generally decline it. i don't like rad. :p
Also enoing is that people log in and then walk away from their computer. So all challenges will be unanswered...1 minute lost.

my exp is shitty, coz no one is accepting races, even some of the top guys. so i thought screw it, and i am starting to climb up and get exp from lower guys
